    Sunny started his career in remedial massage therapy after finishing an IT degree and discovering he did not enjoy working in an office. Sanjayā loves remedial massage because he enjoys helping people in need to return to being physically active again. He also loves the feeling when a clients issue improves after a treatment.     Andrew is studying a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian institute of fitness. He has a euthanistic and outgoing personality and is always up for a chat. As a sportsperson and dancer, he has always been interested in anatomy, and the body. He pursued to learn massage therapy as it would help him better understand his body and use this knowledge to help others in sports and functional movement.

    Andrew is confident in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Trigger Pointing, Stretching, Pain Management, and Pregnancy Massage.     Alyssia started her massage journey back in 2015, disheartened by the avaricious corporate and banking world, she decided to pursue a career in health that included helping people. She always had an interest in anatomy and human biology and quickly got excited about learning a new muscle or massage technique. After completing her Diploma in Remedial Massage, shortly after she upskilled in many techniques including dry needling and cupping. She can better understand the body now mechanically through special testing, exercise, and stretching and she wishes to continue studying with more of a focus on the nervous system and the complexity of chronic pain, injuries, postural pain, and how psychosocial factors can affect physical pain. She has grown her business from working from home back in 2015 to a 5-room clinic with a mat area in July 2021. She’s excited about helping more people with their muscle pain, range of motion, and general quality of life.
